f996 Responsible Gaming — Your Control, Your Decision
Keep entertainment as entertainment. f996 gives you all the tools to play safely, mindfully, and in control — because your well-being is our first priority.
Responsible Gaming — Why It Matters
Online betting and casino games are a popular form of entertainment — but like any entertainment, it is important to stay within limits. f996 believes that Responsible Gaming is not just a policy, it is a culture. We want every player on our platform to play with awareness and enjoyment, where winning or losing does not have a negative impact on their life.
Online gaming is growing in popularity in Bangladesh, and f996 is committed to keeping you safe while you play on this platform. Our Responsible Gaming program helps you set deposit limits, use self-exclusion, activate time-out, and access other safe-play tools.
Remember — betting is entertainment, not a reliable source of income. Placing bigger bets to recover lost money is a sign of a problem. f996 is always here for you — our 24/7 Bengali live chat support is active whenever you need help.
Our Protection Tools
Deposit Limit
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit require a waiting period for your protection, but reductions apply instantly.
Self-Exclusion
Self-Exclusion
Time-Out
Need a break? Activate a time-out ranging from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this period your account will be completely inactive and no logins or bets will be accepted.
Loss Limit
Set a maximum amount you can lose within a set period. Once the limit is reached, your session will close automatically — keeping your funds protected.
Reality Check Reminder
A notification will appear every 30 or 60 minutes letting you know how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost in the session. A simple way to stay aware.
Transaction History
View a complete history of all your bets, deposits, and withdrawals. Understanding your own patterns is the first step toward responsible gaming — and this transparency is always available at f996.
For players aged 21 and above only
To open an account and play any game at f996, you must be at least 21 years old. Minors are not permitted to create or use an account. We follow strict age verification procedures and reserve the right to verify accounts in cases of doubt.
Warning Signs of a Problem
If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, please take a break and contact our support.
- You are repeatedly placing larger bets hoping to recover lost money — this is known as "chasing losses" and is an early sign of gambling addiction.
- You are hiding your betting habits from family or friends, or lying to them about it.
- You are skipping meals, sleep, or work to keep playing — gaming is having a negative effect on your daily life.
- You want to stop playing but cannot — you keep telling yourself "just a little more."
- You are spending money meant for essential expenses (rent, food, your children's education) on betting.
- You feel restless, irritable, or depressed when you are not betting.
- You are betting with borrowed money and finding it difficult to pay it back.
10 Tips for Safe Play
Set a Budget
Decide how much money you are willing to spend before you start playing, and do not go beyond that limit. Think of any losses as the cost of entertainment.
Respect Your Time Limit
Set a time limit for each session. Check the clock or use f996's reminder feature — and stop when your time is up.
Never Bet on Emotion
Avoid placing bets when you are angry, sad, or overly excited. Make decisions to play when you are calm and in a clear state of mind.
There Are No Guaranteed Wins
The outcome of every game is completely random. No strategy or "hot streak" guarantees a win — it is important to keep this in mind.
Do Not Play While Intoxicated
Judgment is impaired when under the influence. Betting in this state carries much greater risk and makes it easy to lose control.
Take Regular Breaks
Playing for long periods without a break causes mental fatigue and leads to poor decision-making. Take at least a short break every hour.
Share With Someone You Trust
Let a family member or trusted friend know that you play online occasionally. Transparency is the strongest protection against addiction.
Never Play With Borrowed Money
Never bet with borrowed funds or someone else's money. Only play within your own personal entertainment budget.
Understand the Game
Learn the rules, payouts, and odds of the game you are playing. Avoid placing large bets on games you are unfamiliar with.
Do Not Hesitate to Ask for Help
If you feel you cannot control yourself, contact f996 support. Asking for help is a sign of courage — not weakness.
